Took my "67 to a local shop that does great work on Memorial Day weekend to get firewall smoothed, bottom sand blasted and install minitubs. I have paid much more than what was estimated and none of the work is completed. Can anyone tell me my options. I'm even having a hard time getting my car back now because they don't want their name out there for this situation. Any suggestions? Please.

Talk to them and say "whens it gonna be done and for how much?" If you don't like what you hear talk to a lawyer or the police. Took me 2 1/2 years to get my Malibu back from a guy who was just supposed to weld in a Jegs roll bar for me. It was a horrible job I haven't even gotten over enough to post up a stay away thread about yet. Ask your lawyer or go to the police, I know you don't want to but it might save you a lot of time, I wish I'd done it 2 years ago.

I would take Frank up on his offer to help. I think he knows were the rubber meets the road on this stuff and will have some good advice.
