Hey guys, I'm looking for sway bar options that are compatible w/a truck arm based suspension. I know some don't like the truck arms but these come w/the vehicle ( it's a late 60's GM truck :) ) so I'm trying to make them the best they can be.
I'm looking for something adjustable that will help getting it dialed in when the time comes. Thanks in advance for any suggestions..... Scot.

I could simply be unobservant, although I don't think I've ever seen a sway bar used on a truck arm rear. The way a truck arm suspension articulates, it causes flex in the arms themselves. As such, don't they already act as their own sway bar?

i would think any aftermarket kit that mounts the bar to the rearend housing, and the end links to the frame would work fine. Rhino, i see what you mean about the arms twisting, but i think it would be better to add a sway bar anyway.

They also make adjustable track bars for those trucks. Try this site for some great info:

I'm a long time member @ 67-72. The bars offered @ each of the links provided are what I would describe as 'generic' @ best. They're all the same stuff from what I remember just w/a different sticker on the part & a different color box.
That's why I figured I would check around the knowledge base over here. I was hoping to find something adjustable in case there is a need for one. I realize I can tweak the lengths of the links used on those bars (in the links provided) for some adjustment.
I'll look into bars that attach to the rear housing & see if something can be made to work. I would like some end links like what SC&C is offering on their a/g body style rear bars. I guess I'll see what they think about installing their product on a truck arm suspension vs/ the C4L GM platform.

I've also seen people use one off of a Camaro (third gen I think). Also try Afco or Helwig as I remember them having some listed as well. As far as using something from a manufacturer mentioned on this site, I'm sure it would have to be either custom or have some fabrication involved.
