Was watching one of the trailers for Fast and the Furious 4 and it looks like the Hammer that made an appearance at the end of Tokyo Drift is flipped while driving. Please tell me this is a look a like car and they didn't kill the Hammer.

Trust me.. they didn't flip Hammer.

Even if they did in the movie they would have just built another car with the exterior appearance and flipped it.

I do know that Strope's Torino is in the movie.

Heating up a nitrous bottle with a torch is dumb, but not because of the act of warming nitrous oxide doesn't do any good... just because it's dangerous.

Bottle warmers exist to stabilize the temperature of the bottle. As you discharge/purge the bottle, it cools down and lowers pressure. But keeping it a consistent temperature, the pressure stays more consistant.

Actually, i was just discussing how I hate that they used a Grand national for a car in this movie. Buicks (T-types and other gbodys) are already hard enough to come by. We dont need a movie to first gobble up dozens of them, fake or not, and then make them hugely popular with the younger crowd!

First post here guys, (Awesome Forum by the way!). Saw the movie tonight and was pleasantly surprised. The Critics crucified it, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. While 2 fast 2 furious was a big block of Velveta, and the other flicks were undeniably geared to the Import crowd, the new movie really catered to all walks of gearhead. The F-bomb, if your curioous, was a recreation. But it's nice they threw that little cameo in to those that followed it's build on paper. I love Imports and Muscle alike and can't help but shake my head at those who rag on other "segments" of our whole community. Pick up an issue of Super Street and you will see the influence that scene has had on the Pro-touring & G-machine sect. Time attack, newly rename Super Lap Battle, for instance, is just begging for our croud to get infolved. The euro's and imports are in it, but since they don't allow Pushrod engines (rule #5), we are left out in the dark. I really wish Hot Rod would patition this (source interlink companies owns super-street, Import Tuner, and Hot-Rod among 15 or so other automotive (http://www.sourceinterlink.com/divisions/sim/) (https://www.pro-touring.com/forum/%28http://www.sourceinterlink.com/divisions/sim/%29)):enguard:. Personally I was really disappointed with the movie, but not for the reasons most people might think. My problem was that the cars weren't the focus! They spent too much time talking and emoting, and not enough time wrenching or giving me that sweet car porn I expected.

I mean, I don't think we even saw under the hood of a single car! All we got was a couple of side shots of some rides. Big deal.

All these movies are good for is putting cars on the screen and it didn't even deliver that!
