Got that right. Looks like a set I had that broke a valve guide. Top of 3 pistons looked pretty much the same.

How old are those things?
It looks like you need to check the muffler bearings!

Nothing a good machine shop can't fix, tig and surfacer, good as new, depending on the price of machine shop,

Looks to me like the kinipshun pin turned loose of the konozzalator valve to me...
