I was just wondering what you out there are running on your 18" rims? I am looking into buying some 18x10's and dont really know what to use. Any ideas?

Do you think that tire would fit on a 10" rim?

and can I get some pics of that tire set up on your car? This is the size I am thinking about for my car...

I am using a 285/35r18 on my 18x10's, but planning on going to a 295/35 when these wear out.

Put a set on my car!!!! Hahaha. Im stuck. I want a nice set of 18's but I am scared to spend all that money on a set of wheels!!! I am thinking of just getting a set of Crager Soft 8's in 17x9 and just calling it a day. Someone convince me on the 18's!!!!

You need 18s on the back and 17s on the front. It gives it that muscle car rake. Stay with 45 series tires to keep the profiles in proportion. I have 295/45/18 in back on a 9.5" wheel, and 245/45/17 in front with a 8" wheel.

I'm sorry,I've never really liked the 17/18 look myself personally, those 17's never really quite fill up the wheelwells enough for my tastes.

An 18/19 combo however fills the bill nicely and is very popular...but that probably doesn't help you in making a decision,huh...?

so im guessing that the only 305 size tire I can get is in a drag radial?

It's well priced, that is one of the benefits, and you'll still get 15K miles out of them, if you go with the Nitto 555r. Also, its a good height for the rear tire. I don't know how much you drive your car, but ask MuscleCarJohn how his tires are wearing. I'm sure they are doing well.... John?

Ok I am sold on the 305 for the rear. What tire is he running in the front?
