Does anyone know this guy?

A member purchased some DSE material from him and is having trouble reaching the guy. If you know him, please alert him to this:

I've dealt with him in the past. Quoted a lot of wheels for him, but he's never bought anything. His name "Trilogy" is after The trilogy wheels he bought from Budnik a long time back. He's over at the S10 forum a lot.

wow !

me and the buyer have emailed each other on these dse tubs a few days ago.
feel free to re-contact him and ask him.

i was slow to ship due to some issues on my part. which i explained to him AND apologized.
a week or two i don't think is rediculous, and now some people are kinda jumpin the gun..

Well, we recently had a member robbed of $650 so that tends to make people jumpy.

Obviously the buyer was concerned or he wouldn't have contacted us. We would have done the same for you if the situation was reversed.

Thanks for posting and clearing things up.

Glad to have you chime in.

I'll delete the thread as soon as I hear that your buyer has recieved his goods.

Nothing personal, but we are taking a zero tolerance stance on this kind of thing from here on out.

No worries here.. you're obviously taking care of this.

The problem seems to be less about the delay in shipping and more about the lack of communication with the buyer. This goes to show why that is so important. If there's a delay let the poor guy that sent hard earned cash know so that he doesn't think "worst case". That would have avoided this whole deal.

Read this thread and maybe you can see why people are on edge: https://www.pro-touring.com/forum/showthread.php?t=49579&page=2

As stated, we would do the same for you.

Again,

It's not personal, and once your buyer gets his stuff, you have my word that I will personally delete this thread and you'll never hear it mentioned again.

I moved this thread too earlier I guess and have now put it back so everyone can see that TrilogyZ28 did in fact send the package out.

Thanks so much Chuck for the shipping info and taking care of this issue.

As you can see from the response below, the buyer now has his parts and all is good.

Thanks guys, got the tubs today and they are exactly as advertised. I feel kinda bad Chuck got the heat over my not being patient long enough. I'm old enough to be most of you guy's dad and have lots of patience but not hearing anything for a couple of weeks just got me worried, especially after reading about the luck of some others. Anyways, thanks for looking out for the members here. I like this place and learn a LOT of good stuff here. Keep up the good work.
