I'm running 18" fronts & 20" rears with low profile tires.

The tires say "max pressure of 44psi".
What pressure are you guys running? I currently put about 34psi cold. Is that too much?
The car handles fine and I don't see any uneven wear. I just want to make sure that I didn't need to run higher pressure with low profile tires.

I like 35psi/cold personally,40#'s or more would only benefit you on the track.
44#'s would make the ride rock hard.

Dan the best way to know for sure is to get a tire marking crayon and put some lines across the tread and then go out for a drive. If the line is completely gone then thats what you want. If the line is still slightly visable on the edges of the tread, reduce air pressure. If it's visable in the center of the tire, add more air.
The weight of every car will be differant since we all add or subtract weight in differant ways and places. Thus, the weight of every car and it's tire pressure will be differant.
Sharp car Dan!

And keep a good eye on the tires as they wear. I used to run 38# front and 28# rear on my old 16" tires. Those were the pressures where the tires wore evenly :)
