Going to start wiring up the fuel pumps on the Nova, have relays and toggle switches, just seeing if anyone has a "newer" modern idea before I get everything done and see a latest and greatest new wiring, also adding a electric fan and water pump, this will be all wired seperately,

Well, I guess I'm going to ground them in place and power the relays off the horn pwr wiring,

My preferred way is to use solid brass(stereo) junction block or the stud junction block, run 8 gauge wire to it fused, then pull 8 or 10 gauge wires to the GM style oval relays then to the pumps.
I use them as they can take 70 amp surges and still live.
If its on carbs simply use an oil pressure switch to turn them on if its FI then use the computer.
I also use them for fans, etc and have never had one fail without warning, others just fail.

I can't find the GM oval style relays, what the hell do they come in and where are they, I basically have a open ticket at a friend J/Y, I look from them before, BUT,

Check Ebay seller Full Throttle Speed. They offer this fuel pump wiring kit, This link is for a Camaro 1990 to 2002 with plastic tank. The kit I bought is for a Buick GN.

Heck you can get them from Napa, ill try to dig up the relay number, Delco also sells the pigtails.
AC Delco #15-8240 11.71 each. Pigtails AC Delco #pt-1205 25.07 each.
Use these numbers to cross them to NAPA or Carquest numbers.
Also dont forget that you need to crimp, solder and shrink tube all connections, never trust only a crimp.
