I looking for ideas on what others have done. Please post up pics.

I want to build a jig for putting the brackets on a Ford 9" for G-body, Fox Mustang, etc...... I also want to make it universal to do others as well.

Also where is the best price & place to get the brackets for these?

Thanks in advance,
FURO

I have built plates that bolt where the third member does and from there added struts with bungs to all fixing points. On a side note, i like to leave .030-.040 clearance at the bung to ease in assembly of the finished part.

generally you weld the trailing arm brackets etc on, then use a jig to weld housing ends on, as that is the important part.

Thanks again for the responces. Yeah I know the ends are always last. I have a MB alignment jig for the ends. The part I want to see is the jig part that holds the upper an lower controls arm mounts.

Thanks again,
FURO
