If your talking about the Rustbusters spray weld repair then yes I have used it. I used Rustbusters of Atlanta. It is a very tough and economical repair system which is easy to work with (metal work)after being applied. There are caviats to it's use, you cannot weld to an area which has it applied, You cannot let it get cherry red hot or it will disbond, I.E. overheating with grinders or DA's. I also would not apply it to an area in which you cannot access both side for purposes of backing up the void. If you can't back up the area being repaired it is like cramming filler into the hole, it just wads up on the back side until it can support the fill in the actual void. This runs the risk of trapping rust and corrosion still on the back side which cannot be accessed for blasting or clean up which will lead to the problem area recurring. For an area which can be fully accessed on both sides and will require nothing to be welded to it at a later date it is a good lasting repair with no problems and better working qaulities than filler.
