I found the owner over on LateralG. He goes by prototyperacing28. Here is his reply.......

"Hello guys!! I have been on this site looking around for about 2 years and this is my car. It is a 1969 camaro RS with a 565 Merlin block producing 1132 HP with a procharger F2. I recently got rid of the powerglide trans and installed a TKO 600 5 speed. This completely changed the car and its road manners. The car has a moser rear end with 3:42 gears and moser axles. The car has 3 inch drop springs by detroit speed with an additional 1 inch block. Also the car has had a new detroit speed dash put in with carbon fiber gauges by autometer. All new carpet and door panels have also been installed. Any more questions regarding the car just let me know!!"
