Perfect for an A/G body with a SC&C stage 2 upgrade, 1st gen F or X body with Guldstrand mod, or any custom project where an upgraded spindle fits the bill.

The stock height spindle still has the 7/8" ride height drop built in, but is overall 7 inches in height, just like a factory spindle. These will be offered at this price until the inventory is depleted. Retail is $475, and fully loaded spindles are $749.

We have over come that issue but;

They have to be the tall spindle to work properly on a 2nd gen. The stock spindle is too short for a 2nd gen.

I'll PM you the fix for the 2nd gen setup.

These can be used on a set of tubular control arms correct? Also Prodigy customs is offering their total car g-machine brake kit that comes with hubs. Will these hubs fit your spindle? I am very interested in getting a set if they will work together.

I have already purchased the Stage II-Plus set up from SC&C but would definitely prefer a spindle that would improve upon that geometry for my 78 G-body (Malibu).

MSRP of the C5 hub is $464.07, GMPartsdirect.com price is $241.31. Before shipping from GMPD.com it would come to $832.62, looks like a better deal to buy them loaded.

They require a C5/C6 Corvette hub to work, so no, that hub in the brake kit will not work on these spindles.

Nope, we sell the tall spindles at a ratio of 100:1 on tall vs short. Need to clear up some shelves of stock spindles.

So the 'short' ATS spindle weighs less than the 'tall' spindle but offers the exact same advantages or was your weight comparison vs. the g-body spindle?

I was considering getting some of the tall ATS spindles & was trying to sell my SC&C Stage II Plus stuff (except for the upper arms) w/o taking a big loss since it's all new/un-installed. If the short spindle w/the Stage II Plus kit works the same as the tall spindle by itself, that would be the better route for me (@ the price offered in this thread :) ).

call up mark and get the short studs for the howe bj's. you dont need to sell anymore than that. if they havent been installed, mark may even exchange the studs.
