well i decided to finally start a build thread on my car. it is in the body shop right now, and should be home with fresh paint late this week. I got this car last summer for 700$ from a old lady i knew. drove it for a week and punished that poor v-6 to the limits until i blew it up:twothumbs so the build started. it was just supposed to be a simple sbc swap and drive. well not so much. I took it all the front end apart and replaced everything with poly bushings and tubular upper a arms. all new steering components. i blasted the engine compartment, and painted it. as well as the underside. I was not going to do anything with the paint, but u hated grandma yellow with a passion, so i decided to give body work a try...i think you know how that went.. that is the reason it is in the body shop. here are a few pics i have. i also re did the interior. i will have lots more updates comming soon when it is home from the body shop. i will keep you all posted! thanks

picked up a parts car for all my chrome trim, bumpers, and newer grill. my car has been at the body shop longer than expected, its just little thing holding it back, like the rear window chrome trim stubs are gone and have to put new ones in, seems like one thing after another. :hmm:
