Howdy. My Torino is not what anyone would call a popular model in general, let alone for cornering, but it does have some pedigree in that area - being that it won NASCAR in 1969.

Mine is a GT Fastback, with a 351W and 4-speed. Here it is when I bought it.

It's currently in the middle of a basic resto - here's what it looks like right now!

I'm looking forward to finding some ways to make it turn corners better. First up is some decent sway bars. If you've got any suggestions that might help, I'm all ears! Thanks!

Welcome, and you've got a great project there. I've been dreaming of doing a "patina" car, and an old '69 Torino would be a great choice... hmmm...

Welcome aboard ......... I had a 69 GT back in the late 70's. It was a 428SCJ/4 spd./ bench seat car. I bought it for ....... $250.00!!!! I ran it thru high school until I found a 1946 ford p/u. I don't recall what I sold it for.

I should have kept that car .........

I can't see your pics for some reason, but I have a 68 Coupe I am going to pro-tour. For sway bars I think Addco makes some. Total Control Performance has some suspension stuff for our Fairlanes too! Great to see more Fords here!
