Hellwig Rear Sway bar doesn't fit...other options?

I have the Hellwig adjustable rear sway bar. Tried to put it in today and the ends of the bar (the part that turns toward the front) interferes with the shocks.

The shocks are mounted inboard and it doesn't look like this bar will fit.

Does anyone have a picture of what their hellwig bar looks like so I can make sure we're trying to mount it the correct way?

If this Hellwig bar won't fit, what are my options for a different rear bar?

This is gonna sound like a stupid question. But could it be meant to have the arms face rearwards? That's how it was with my Hellwig bar on my S-10. Now I will also say I had problems with my Hellwig rear bar. But it was the way they wanted to attach it to the frame. They supplied what they called Pinch brackets. There was the bar, to which the endlinks connected. Then there was a Z bracket that attached to the other end of the endlink. And to the Z brackets there were to plates that were supposed to pinch the frame rail. Yea right. I had to re-engineer the whole thing as when AutoXing one side would always pull off.

Is this the new hellwig from sc&c?
What are the dimensions from one side to the other? I have a hellwig from a different application and can measure it if you want.

The bar looks like the one described in this post

But it doesn't have the end links that look like it. I bought the bar from SC&C, but it was drop shipped right from Hellwig.

I think it's supposed to mount with the bar ends facing front. If the bar were about 1" wider, it looks like it would fit.

If anyone has the hellwig bar on their camaro, please post a picture.

I think we may be able to move the lower shock mount in toward the center enough to be able to use the bar. I'll know for sure tomorrow.
