Hello,
Came across your web site and have discovered a wealth of info.
I'm 46, owned 2 Camaros to date. A 73 plain Jane and a 69 Rag Top.
I live in Street, MD. and work in the Field Service industry. Terrific position for those suffering from ADHD, job is constantly changing. No 2 days are ever the same.
Sold the 69 Rag Top...Huge mistake. Spent nearly 6 years building it, countless hours and countless $$$ as well. Have always "Had a Thing" for the 69's. Been searching for 69 Pace car, but they are out of my range, even for one in need of a complete resto.
Just bought another 69 Rag Top last week and can't wait to jump on the resto. project that lay ahead. It's a Dynacore, body and the rest is pretty close to complete. Needs paint, Interior and a few other things.
Hope to be chatting with all of you in the future. Great Web site.

Lets see how these turn out.
My HDD failed hard a month back and re-loading all the software has taken awhile. :)

At least you don't have any rust to worry about! Looks like a great project.

Nope,
No rust...as of yet. Will have to wait until it arrives to determine what exactly I've gotten myself into.
If I can trust the seller, then I should be ib good shape.

We are putting together a Dynacorn body as we speak. Paint and Body went OK, curious to see what issues we have bolting stuff in. Watch the rear leaf spring perches as many have been welded in out of alignment on those early CARS built bodies which based on the red oxide I assume your is.

Good Luck, and if we can be of any help................

Thanks for the tip regarding the spring perches.
According to the seller, this was the 9th car built by Dynacorn.
BTW, just how would I be able to determine they are in fact out of alignment?
