building a 67 camaro right now, is it possible to fit a 275 tire on the front of a stock subframe?

Yes. It will require some serious measuring, and you will have to limit the turning raduis to do so. Look for CarlC's website for more details.

No need to notch to fit 275's. It should work with stock A-arms as well. Steering limiters would need to be adapted.

For those that feel that the reduced turning radius is a problem, all I can say is that after four years it is still not a major problem. 3-point turns and parking spaces are easy.

I am doing 275s on stock sub with Unisteer R&P, Air Ride upper/lower control arms. Our initial turning radius testing doesn't show much of a compromise, at least not as much as we thought there would be. No notching required.
