I'm new to modding my car. I have a 72 Cutlass S that I'm looking to improve. I have a Hotckis front 11" disk brake kit with tall spindles and tubular A arms. I wasn't looking to mod the front end, but I got it for less than half the cost brand new.
First question: Can I use my Eibach springs with this conversion? They are supposed to drop the car 1.3" from stock.
Second: What would be the largest tallest wheel I could use once I make this change? I was looking to do 20x8.5 and 20x10. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreaticed.:help!:

What are your goals on the car? Looks or performace? What diameter and width tires are you looking for?

I guess I mostly want the looks. This will purely be a cruiser. I didn't have an idea of what tire size, but I have a tire guy that always hooks me up with the right combo. Any suggestions would be appreciated though

8.5 and 10" work good. Do a 5.25 on the 8.5 and a 6" on the 10" rear.

Try to keep the front tires in the 26inch height, try to keep the rear 27 or so, but you can carry 28s if you want that much stagger.

Feel free to call and we can work on exact sizes.

Frank,

When you say 26 or 27in, you are speaking of the total wheel and tire diameter? Sorry for the dumb question...
