Ok guys, I have had this car for a long time and it has always taken a back seat to whatever else I have going on. I finally decided to start tearing into it. This will not be a complete tear down. I am going to keep the car drivable and just fix/upgrade as I get the funds. This will be the slowest project update thread on the forum I am sure.

I am really into the trans am/streetfighter type cars.

The car currently has a 327 that is bored .060 over and has probably only 100-200 miles on it.

First things first I am going to have to get a full floor pan in in, it looks like it has been worked on before and it was some really crappy work. the passenger seat floor pan is crinkled up pretty good as well as the driveshaft tunnel, so it looks like it got hit pretty good somewhere along the line.

It is also going to need some rockers as well as most other body panels, although looks will not be first priority.

I have a t56 and a moser for it that will go in after I get some other issues resolved. I will keep you guys updated

Ryan

It will probably stay purple for a while, with the addition of some pretty primer hues here and there. The passenger side footwell is in really good shape but thats about it.

I love the purple and silver stripes, not something you see everyday. Good luck with your project!

Oh the money ran out a long time ago! stupid question maybe but what is DAMHIK? And I am fortunate just to have a 69 Camaro is the way I look at it.

Just try to enjoy it in all stages of your build. Very easy to get wrapped up in your vision and never enjoy the present incarnation of the vehicle. Just my 2 cents.

Yes I consider it more like adding on rather than buying an all new house. I am just going to fix what needs fixed the most as I can afford it.
