I recently picked up a 600 DP Holley, and even though it has a fresh rebuild, it's pretty tarnished and doesn't look all that great cosmetically. What's the best thing to use to bring it back closer to it's original appearance.

you could have it blasted, but I wouldn't trust anyone with it

Carb cleaner, GunK degreaser, again and again. It wont be perfect but the next option will be to dismantle and paint the body ,bowls and baseplate with specialised lacquer or powder coat.

You can send it out and have it replated.

Don't know that but you can contact Cliff Ruggles (Qjet guy) as he offers that service and a bit back I worked on a rare 1050 3-barrel he replated.
