Steve Strope is just too funny. A New Yorker makes good in Cali--I love it! That guy should have his own TV show instead of what's available now.

I think it was Hot Rod that featured that car. In it he said he's really going to drive it, and it'll probably get rock chips from taking it on road courses. Can't wait to see that happen. :poke:

It is a sweeeet car... Motor looked kinda plain all black but still sweet..
Some shots of it actually driving would have been cool.. along with some small burnouts!

Love that Roadrunner. Imagine it go beep-beep when it passes you! :3gears:
The concept is pretty bold too; making a '70 Plymouth Roadrunner into a sleeper. IMO they pulled it off.

Really nice car...
The thing that puzzles me is....
Why the 4-speed???
The owner wanted a european type sports car.
Viper T-56 would make more sense to me.

I was thinking the very same thing while watching the show. It was great to meet Steve at SEMA, he's the same way in person as he is on the show. Definitely a really funny guy. I think it's time for discovery channel to do a show called "American G-Machine" at Pure Vision.

I thought Steve of PureVision was funny as hell too. Especially when he was playing the bass and he picked up his cell....good stuff.
Loved the car...it hs a lot of similar elements as my car so I hope no one thinks I'm a copycat. :)

How about just once somebody does a show about a car buildup without a deadline? "We're building this badass car and it will be done when it's done...." I guess that does not make for good TV.
I saw the Strope show when it was on the first time. I really liked the fact that he seems like a regular guy.

I saw it the first time around too. Awesome looking car. I glad to see the Mopar guys are starting to loosen up and build some great rides.

I like Steve and his work.
I just didn't get using Leaf Springs on Hammer though.
