Ben is out of touch without power, phones, and his cell battery died too. His area was hit with a massive ice storm. So he will be out of touch until his power comes back on. He said there are 350,000 people out of power. He wanted everyone to know he will be back in touch as soon as he can.

Thanks
Mike

man that sucks! We just got a ton of rain, while i guess he was getting snow and ice. Oh well, guess that gives him time to come up with some more killer renderings! I like his work.

Thanks for posting Mike!

Looks like power is of until mid-week. It's pretty bad here, wait til you guys see the pix I took yesterday from my neighborhood! I spent the entire day removing all the huge limbs from my yard and my neighbors'. I really could have used a chainsaw, my arms are dead from the bow saw! Our road is still completely impassable. Good news is everyone is safe and we don't have flooding....yet.

Sorry for the inconvenience for those of you that have been trying to contact me. Cell works now but don't know when I'll have internet access again.

Jake-I'll be in touch with you asap, cell is working for now.

Good luck Ben, I am down too. I pulled the plug early and got the family to a hotel in Andover. They are now saying my town in NH may not be up until the end of the week. There are still trees and wires down on our Main Street. I pulled the trigger on a big generator today and at least have the house warming up. I hope to be back in tomorrow with generator running the whole house.

We're OK for now but we don't expect power until late in the week. I'll be investing in a generator VERY soon.

I gotta be honest though, this could have been A LOT worse, we're very lucky.

It really makes you appreciate the things you have. We had 2 feet of water in the cellar on Friday We are not expected to get power in my area until late next week. Thankfully I picked up the last a 1800 WT generator @ the depot yesterday. Their goes the the Christmas budget. But at least we are safe.

Power is back on but still freezing in the house! We were surprisingly one of the first to get hooked back up and online....most will still be waiting for days.

We keep hearing stories of home invasions, robberies and generator thefts around the area too...what low-lifes!

Anyway, here's the pix as promised. I need to take some pix from the surrounding streets that had entire trees that destroyed houses and cars...I've never seen anything like this and hope we never will again. We were very, very lucky.
