wheel backspacing?

I am having a brain fart and need a second opinion. I currently have 17x9.5 w/ 5.5 backspacing on the rear now. I am going to get a set of drag radials and I have found a wheel that is 17x9 with 5 in backspacing. Are these wheels the same (backspacing wise) (fit the same)? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!!

Yes, your good. As lon as you use the 4" out your good.

Thanks for the reply! I though it was the same, just needed another opinion. I'll give you a call next week sometime, hopefully I get a large shipment before Xmas........
