I have global west upper control arms. And was wondering if I could still use DSE coilover/ relocation kit?

That's a good question because the DSE upper arm has a larger space within the A arm. GW arms have a larger plate that reinforces between the arm Legs.
Call DSE and ask them about it.

Yes you can. That is what I am doing. David, the large space is for hardend steel inserts to reduce the shim stack for caster. It is pretty trick.
