unknown email address

How should/can I open an email from someone I don't know? Is there a program I should download? The last thing I need is a virus from some dumbass...

if you dont know them dont open it, especially if there are attachments...what mail service do you use?

Yahoo...I would never consider opening this...but...it could be about a job...? This sucks.

Do you have a good virus software? if so it should pick up anything dangerous.

does yahoo have any sort of spam filter or virus warning system? I know that gmail will mark the email as suspicious. I wouldnt open it if you dont recognize the email address it is from
