Can it be repaired-or pass

I came across an Complete 2005 LG4 (6.0L) that I could pick up for 300, but the engine has spun the middle cam bearing. This engine is being replaced under warranty to the customer, and the truck it came in with 80K on it and was running. I'm thinking of passing on it, but can it be fixed? The center cam journal would probably have to bored/honed and either sleeved or a oversized bearing installed(if even available).
Any Ideas?

how complete? It may be worth getting for all the other parts even if you have to trash the block. You could then pick up another block elsewhere potentially.

It's basically a long block with no intake or pulley system, so I will still need to get the intake and electronics.
