Hey guys, the title says it all. I have a set of the Lt1's at home. Not concerned about the parking brake issues. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Piston size is the same between the two at 45mm. LT1 caliper is limited to a .79" [20mm] thick rotor IIRC whereas the LS1 caliper is designed for a 1.02" [26mm] thick rotor. Both are gravity cast, so no advantage there. Pad areas are similar, although design advantage has to go to the LS1 with better shims and abutments IMHO.
