weld pro stars cracking????

i thought i read a article about this on here? is it true they crack?

I ran them on a Pro Street Elcamino for years without a problem. The car had a spool so it put a fair amount of load on the fronts. I never heard of any one having a problem and it was one of the rims of choice in the 90,s. Randy

I have had a couple crack before on a grand national street driven. Nice little popping sounds in corners. Couldn't tell you which version they were. I think there are different versions of the Pro-Stars.
