I am looking to fab a composite intake plenum with dual throttle bodies to sit a top my stealth Ram base. I was looking to run a pair of 58mm 3800 GM throttle bodies, but they are ugly and incorporate a mass air flow meter. I would prefer GM parts or after market, flow enough for 500 hp and have provisions for IAC and TPS, they also need to be front facing, any ideas???

something in a monoblade from Accufab or Wilson is very popular when doing twin tb's. They have iac and tps, you'd only use it on one of them though. They make a nice billet blockoff for the iac on the other one.

How about two LT1 or TPI throttle bodies? Or if you want a single barrel, then LS1 or Vortec, or something from the old Quad-4 cars with the header like intake.

Here is a set of old Holley's on my BBC - seems like they are 600 cfm or so - they used to run them on tunnel rams:
