Did you call or go online? Did you use Pro-touring.com (or something else) to get a group rate?

You can call and just tell them you are with the Pro-Tour group for the discount.

Yep , Larry is correct.
Just call them :http://www.mainstaysuites.com/hotel-pigeon_forge-tennessee-TN075?promo=gglocal

Tell them you are with the Pro-touring group.

Ok, cool. I usually ask for (and get) the military rate, which allows someone else to use the group rate. Unfortunately for some reason the military rate isn't available. :hmm:

Any upgrades to the Camaro Jeff? Made my reservations when I left also. Had a great time at RTTH4, and hope to bring my ratty Camaro this year.

Nope , No upgrades yet.
Haven't had the time or the money.
I'm saving up for a better frame/suspension/tires/brakes/wheels and a 500+ hp LS Engine.
I'm just not messing with the stock arrangement anymore.

Of course , plans change.
I may add some Delrin Bushings and C5 brakes to the stock suspension.......

The motel filled up quick last year. I think alot of us made reservations the day we checked out. Bill told me it just kept getting a little bigger each year.

I got lucky last year. Thanks to a very gracious board member (Thanks Matt), we were able to get a room @ the host hotel @ the 11th hour. I plan to make my reservations before the end of this weekend for RTTH V.

I still won't be in the Malibu but we'll be in something that will get us there to watch you guys have some fun. This year...... I'm going to try & get some seat time in some cars to get an idea of how far up the priority list the car needs to be moved :) .

My inlaws live in Merryville, which is about 45 minutes from there, but it was a pain to drive back and forth. I am staying at the Mainstay this year....also looking not to have any belt problems.

Jeff, If you're asking me, I hope so. Trapin was dropin hints at the Autorama dinner. I really wanted to do the Gingerman event (it's alot closer) but I have a family commitment.

Looks like my LS3 swap will be done in time for this one. However, there is going to be a conflict with a Nashville open track event that weekend.

Bill, can you confirm there will be some sort of open class (R-compound) award this year like had been discussed on HPT? I think the local folks would be content with just a plaque / trophy / t-shirt in lieu of free tires (given the way the economy is). We just need something for some braggin' rights. :1st:
