I'll bet it had a little rust in it.

I'm guessing it's for a hang-glider. Looks like Oregon Dunes...maybe Pismo.

Could very well be, Kevin....you know "they" tried to bluff the public with that Lunar "moon rover" BS, but I've always thought there was just a little bit more going on up there.

Now, now, the moon is not sandy. Have you ever been to the west coast?

Hang gliders were big around here back in the early to mid 1970's.
