I have been doing some reading on Zero Rust has anyone used it? If so what do you think about it?
I've heard good things about it at Camaros.net......

I used it on both the undercarriage (spray) and the interior (brushed on) and was really happy with it. Toward the bottom of page one are some pictures here:

I used one coat of blue on bare metal and covered it with two coats of black (or until I could not see the blue) then applied the U-pol Raptor. The interior was just brushed on, so it is pretty thick.

I plan on using it on my Beretta once I fix the rust. They say it holds up to 3000 hours in a salt-sprayer test and is effective with minimal prep.

Not really, it is essentially a sealing primer.
