Veteran's Day!

I just wanted to take a moment today as I reflect on all the others before me who have fought for our freedoms and for those who have given the ultimate sacrifice for this great country and say thank you to all my fellow veterans and to all who support them!! No doubt...... Happy Veterans Day! My 5 year olds school had breakfast and sang some songs for the Veterans around here this morning. I attended; it was a great privilage to here such young voices talking the truth from their hearts and thanking all or great Veterans. The little girl asking God to safely return her Daddy almost made me cry and I was definetly choked up.:usa:

Even after having been over there several times myself over the years stuff like that ALWAYS gets me too! It's so important to think of our brothers in arms who are over there, in harms way, fighting for our freedoms and freedom from terrorism, while we enjoy it here at home!

Yes, it was very humbling to say the least.

On another note. My Therapist took his 16 year old to look at a Military collage. He heard the newbe's getting yelled at....he asked his father why they were screaming at them so loud? His Dad told him that they were trying to get them to be organized and give them direction. The oldest son said, I think I am organized enough, I already have great direction. I do not think I need that much sculpting. His 13 year old then said..... Dad do those cannons really work?

Rodney, my therapist said he believes the young will probably go there!lolol
