One question. Is the CE block that the owner was talking about a ZL-1 or some other engine?

Its a warranty replacement ZL-1 block to the best of my knowledge.

Agree big time to hear an old motor run like that.

A bonus is that its a $500k-$1mm car.

And also during that all to brief on ramp run...

It's great to see someone actually usin a zl-1 for what they were meant to do! I've always wanted one. Maybe one day...

They don't seem to be dropping off in popularity judging by how many clones I see for sale, but more iron blocks lately.

ZL-1 motor IMHO is the way to go with a clone. I think the higher sales prices I've seen justifies the added expense.
