No real project updates, just finally got the orange '69 out of the garage since I bought it. My driveway is very steep, so it takes 3 guys to push it in/out. Moved the car to storage until my new house/shop is constructed. Snapped some pics of it with the DPE forged 18" wheels. As you can see, it works well for parts storage too! All those boxes inside the car are parts for completing it.

I'm a dealer for DPE. These are the "R05" wheel, 2-piece construction without hardware. Brushed/cleared centers with a polished lip. 18x8 fronts and 18x10 rears. The car has NO mini-tub, those are actually 275 wide rear tires. Stock width rear axle too.

If you want some, they sell for $3245 (18x8, 18x10) in silver, black centers w/ polished lips. Brushed/cleared centers like these add another $300 to the set ($3545 total). Figure 6-8 week build time. PM me to order a set!

Looks great, I love the color and brushed wheels look.

I was wondering what was going on with that car.

What engine have you decided to go with?

It will be an LS7, with forged internals. I'm leaning towards twin turbos and 1000 rwhp at the moment. Might tone that down, haven't decided. I just need to spec the pistons, already have the block/crank/rods.

Outstanding car! Do you really need 1000HP...I hope so. Can't wait for video of you beating the sh*t out of this ride! The work on this camaro is sick. I love the BRIGHT orange paint. Tony, Keep up the good work.

Finally a car on here I might actually get to see in person. I like the clean look of it so far and the wheel selection to me is spot on. Nice work Tony.

I think he was putting it in storage and will be there for a couple of months, it was in his garage with all those parts inside it. I saw it a few weeks ago, will be a cool car for sure.

James is correct, the car is just in storage for now. I'd sell it for $34K with those wheels/tires if anyone is interested. I could use the cash towards the new house and shop. PM me if you are a serious buyer!
