Here are some pictures of some products we will have ready to sell soon.
We are coming out with hood vents that can be applied to any 1st gen hood (steel, carbon fiber or fiberglass). You just need to cut holes in your hood and screw on. Great for twin turbo set ups. The left side shows aluminum screen in the openings and the right side is open. The screen, of course, can be painted black if desired.

Here are our 1st gen spoilers available in high gloss and satin finishes and are made to fit all 3 years. They are patterned after the originals, but tightened up in the corners for a more refined look.

Here's our '69 gauge panel that will also be available in glossy and satin finishes. It is customizable with an optional 2 small gauge cluster that can go where the vent and/or HVAC panel would normally be. Lower areas for the wiper and lights are left to you to use whichever switchgear and locations you want. Two main gauge holes will fit 3 3/8" or 5" gauges.

We have our 67/68 gauge panels in stock, but only in glossy for now.

Man, I am so down for a set of those hood vents. Have you found anyone with a Nova hood to use as a template? Or better yet, PM me a price on how much it would be for a one-off hood. :smoke:

Matt, have you been doing mock ups on a 68 Camaro owned by a guy named Charles?

Header panels and pillar post mouldings coming soon?

Just curious.

John,

Yes! Charles lives a couple blocks from my house. Do you know him? Nice guy and a true Camaro fanatic. I have to call him to see if I can try to test fit the A-pillar moldings I have to his car. They are patterned after the '69, but I think they might work for a '68. Now, when you say header panel I assume you are talking about something for the interior, because we already have the header panel that fits in front of the hood.

We have a few more of the first small prodution run 67/68 gauge panels left and we are doing a second run along with all this other stuff. I'm figuring about 6-8 weeks for the production run stuff ready to sell. Once I take some more pictures I can sell the prototype items if anyone is in a hurry to get something. Some things have already been sold, but call us and we can tell you what is still available. I have some more items to post soon too. We are in the middle of revamping our web site, so please bear with us, thanks!

67-69 front spoiler= $275
that a good price, the spoiler must be glass with a top coat of CF right?

It's aggravating, but we are still trying to update our web site. We have some deck lids in stock and will have more in a couple weeks. Anything you don't see on our site, please call us or e-mail at: [email protected]

The front spoilers are cf top layer with fiberglass bottom layers. Still a lot stiffer than stock ones and if you do biff it, you won't be so pissed for spending $500 on an all cf one. If the market speaks, and there are enough people who want one, we can make them in all carbon. We made them slightly shorter than stock as it is inevitable you will always scrape the stock ones especially with a lowered suspension.

Do you have any pictures of the spoiler mounted to a car? Seeing one on a 1968 would be great.

Do you need any special hardware to mount it? I don't have a spoiler at all now and want one.

Steve will be running one on Bad Penny at SEMA. I will get some pictures then and post in a couple weeks. It mounts just as the factory spoiler. Since the carbon fiber is stiffer, you can opt not to use the factory supports on the bottom which is the reason we didn't drill any holes in it. Also, every car is a little different, so each individual can drill mounting holes to fit their car as they see fit.

Over time what will be the condition of the CF with dailey driving and some UV from the sun bearing down on the hood?

Johnny,

As long as you take care of it and not buff the UV inhibiting clear coat off, the finish should stay very nice for many years.

I love the 69 dash assy, are there any plans to produce it without the two gauge holes in the center? I want to use this dash, but have it sent to classic instruments to have it put together with their gauge package.....there will be no need for the two center gauges.

We're not planning on making it without the center gauge holes (where the clock would normally be in a stock dash), but you could cut that area out and glue in a piece of carbon fiber sheet from the back and it would look the same. If done right, it wouldn't look any different than if it were molded that way. We have some sheet that we could sell you. They are rather large for this requirement, but I could cut a sheet down for you, or even modify a dash for you, but I would have to work out the labor cost to do it.

Best, Matt

Not yet. Been too busy with the holidays and everything else. If you want to buy a set and try them I will pay for shipping back to me if they don't fit and refund your money.
