Mike......I just went back to that website.....that probably won't work for you, if you are just doing brake ducts....their minimum order is $75.....a little steep for brake ducts!! :hand:
got pics of your car?

Go to your local DIY shop and get some heavy duty metal screen door screen. I got stainless mesh, painted it black and doubled it up. It's completely invisible, prevents debris from getting in and it was around $20.

Call the 800 number if you have any questions and ask for Chad. Not sure where you are at, but we may have a local dealer you can go check it out at. It's basically what the circle track guys use to cool their brakes.

I bought a couple of "high tech" mesh screen waste baskets at Meijers... On sale they cost me 10 bucks... :bananna2:

astroracer,
I like the way you think
k7king,
I see you found some at McMasterCarr. I've bought other hardware from them and they pretty much deliver the next day.

Are you Chad and if so did you answer phones at Motor State a few years ago?

Yes, I'm Chad. I've been here for 14 years. Probably 12 years answering the phones. To who do I owe this great revealing too? LOL.

HEY Kevin!!! It's been a while. What are you doing now? Deeetroit seems to be real shaky job wise! My father in law works for Ford and I think has grown eyes in the back of his head by now.

Now I reside at a Chevrolet dealership in the parts department. I hear ya on the job front. I was out 16 months prior to landing this gig.
Other than that all is well. Making money and building a 79 Malibu street fighter-ish car.
How goes it with you?
