that question is contradictory, easiest and cheapest just don't go together. lol Easiest cost more, and cheapest means more work for you....

Strip to metal and spray an epoxy primer.

i would say take it to maaco remember all there single stages are the same paint with the same hardner. So the 199 paint job same as 399 paint job
