PM with Tim's cell phone sent to both. They have been having land line trouble for about a week. You get a crazy message like "trying to test line . . ."

I have also been trying to contact them. Any one recieved a reciept for the Rushforth wheels they ordered during the summer sale yet? I have PM'd and left messages. No reply. Hope everything is ok.

I have been in contact with them. Everything is fine. I know a few of you have called and asked if I could get through, and I heard from them yesterday. They are in the middle of working on a few things that are taking up the majority of their time. Tim specifically said he would be getting with all of you very soon regarding your various questions.

Sounds like a SEMA car project! (They tend to take all your time!) I'm sure the guys at PRRC will take care of you, they are first rate.

I would like to apologize for those who have not been able to reach us. If anyone can fix a phone line please stop by and I will gladly buy you lunch to do so. I have left three service notices on the ATT website and tried to reach them through their 800 number but their message said they have a high volume of calls due to the hurricanes and I have yet to reach an actual person. Wouldnt think it would affect us here in the midwest but who knows. I have had to travel almost nonstop for the past few weeks due to some personal family business and Tim caught a really nasty illness that has kept him away from the shop. Please email any questions and concerns to us and we will get back to you. Things will be back to normal at the shop shortly and we have some really big stuff coming in the near future. John thanks for helping out with some of the people who could not reach us. I appreciate it and owe you. Thanks again for your patience and understanding.
