a little wierd IMO......the thing is a towboat, not a sportboat......the nautical equivilant to a towboat would be to call it a Silverado and power it with a DMax.

I have not seen the new Malibu vette. I saw one in person a few years ago with the LT1 in it. That is defintely on my list if I hit the lottery. wish me luck!
