Hi any pictures or help would be greatly appreciated. I need to see the replacemnt of the outer rockers (I will be doing inners and outers) The trick is My 1/4 are mint and I want to do the outer without messing it up.

I'm going through the process of replacing inner/outer rockers, quarters, floors, etc. Where you will run into issues is around the door jamb. I would recommend cutting back the inner outer rocker assembly towards the quarter, then carefully grind away the spot welds in the attempt to preserve your quarter.
This will be tough around the area where the inner and outer quarter meet the rocker in the door opening since the rocker assembly is sandwiched between the two. You may have to separate the inner/outer quarter a little to make this easier. I'm sure others will chime in...
