Hey guys I thought I'd join the site since what I am doing to my car is pro touring I guess... Anyways I have a 1986 Buick regal limited. bought it for $300 in horrible shape, spent about a year working on it so far. My name is Steve I'm 17 and this is my first project. Heres is what I have done to it so far.

Beltech 2'' Lowering spindles front 2.5'' Eibach Lowering springs (rear)
15x8.5 American Racing vectors
Hella European headlights
shaved rear lock, and passenger lock
leather Bucket Seat swap from a '92 gmc jimmy
Steering column swap from '92 jimmy
Re done interior in black
Grand National hood
Dual exhaust flowmaster 40series
'92 GMC Jimmy seat belt retractors

Engine
'90 LB9 TPI motor
Edelbrock Shorty Headers
Lt1 Cam
Air Foil

I have not finished the car yet, I still need to do the swap and put in the motor. I will finish the motor this weekend. The motor is yellow. I have more plans to come such as

Rear sway bar
Autometer gauges
stereo
single turbo setup
and either reupholster front seats or get new ones

Welcome aboard from a fellow TPI-converted G-body owner! :) Your car has come a long way, looks great! If you run into any snags with the TPI swap I might be able to help you out. What are you going to use for the harness?

Oh, nice Impala SS too!

Thanks! I have a harness out of the same camaro I got my motor from. I'm open to any tips or suggestions.

Welcome Steve-

Its always good to see another G body get some love. Nice work, I am interested in seeing your seats in place. Will you have to modify the seat tracks very much?

The seats were the first thing I did too the car, I think I just used the rails from the original seats and cut them and welded them onto the jimmy seats. I plan on putting 4th gen camaro seats in with the built in seatbelt retainer on the headrest. Camaro seats also fold foward more and are made for 2 door cars whereas the jimmy seats were made for a 4door suv. This is an old picture. All the interior is black now.
