That actually looks pretty interesting being that it's $350 for both the inner and outer already welded together. Although I'd be interested in seeing how difficult the install would be without removing the fender.

I think it would be nearly if not impossible to do. I've heard of that seller but never bought from him. He's on here or camaros.net.

I know the DSE product are great but its nice to have a choice and if you need new inners and outers anyway this may be a less exspesive options.

Not sure if this is double talk or not. Obviously the 4.65 inches includes the outer wheel house. Maybe a rephrase is in order.
Excluding the outer wheel houses how do the MCC inners ONLY compare is size to the DSE inners?

I'm pretty sure they are almost 2" wider than DSE . Mike is only measuring the inside tub.

MCC Tubs are 2 " wider then DSE Tubs. This is Y we made custom rear frame rails to work with them .

Cool now were geeting to the meat of this. they are wider 4.75 inches wider the Original in the inner housing. DSE is 2 inches wider then OE on the innser tub. To go 4.75 I could se why they would require custom frame rails.

Stock inner wheel tub = 4.25 " ( 0 " )
DSE inner wheel tub = 7.00 " ( 2.75 " )
MCC inner wheel tub = 9.00 " ( 4.75 " )

Just a thought If you can make these and sell them cheaper then the DSE with the outers included. Could you make available a set that does not require a new framerail for the same or less (with just a + 2.75 instead of a + 4.75) ??? If so sighn me up I need a set.

Do you have just the inners available for us 67-68 owners?

The GLA minitubs (2") are just sold as a inner and outer welded part. You can't get just the inner from them.
You can just get the inner from DSE (2.75") and the inner from MCC (4.75 ").

Maybe I'm wrong, but if a 335 on an 12x18" wheel barely fits in a 2.75" DSE tub, a 2" tub doesn't have enough room to justify the cost of getting a wheel wider then 10" .

I too have bought from Matts, and yes, a pleasure to do business with. They also are good with customer service. Great bunch of people.

I bought these from Matt (great guy) and other things previously, and I am 3000 miles away from his place.
I have a 69 RS/SS Vert Camaro with quarters probably replaced 10 years ago ?? .....Before my time so don't know really when they were replaced. My inner and outer wheelhouses were patched on both sides, so it was an easy decision to try these minitubs, I needed inner and outer anyway. Yes I did it with the quarters on. I did take the inner and outer apart (very easy) to make a custom fit.
My specs:
I did not cut the frame rails
Leaf springs moved 1" inboard each side
Shocks moved inboard of springs
I made my own custom 1" offset shackles
Axle perches moved accordingly 1"
Stock fuel tank retained
Going with 18x10" rim, an 11" would certainly fit but cannot justify the extreme upcost
305/35/18 is as big as I want to go (12.4" wide), the 305 mock up is a great fit.
