I havent seen anywhere that specifys if the front spring mounts into the factory perches or are they relocated to match the offset shackles?

no, you need offset shackles and you need to move spring perches on rear end so leafs can angle in towards middle of car to clear 335 tire

also loosen the front perch to frame mounting bolts before you install the rear shackles. Tighten after you get it together. You might have to enlarge the inner bolt hole to make it easier.

Yeah, the gen I's don't require the offset front spring perches like the gen IIs do. The gen I's start off uneven and the 2" spring perches make them more parallel. The gen IIs start off parallel and they need the offset spring perches to keep them parallel. If you have a gen II, you don't need to buy the DSE front spring perches, however, You can just use your stock ones and modify the mounting points.
