Would an 11.5" wide wheel allow the use of a 315 or 335 tire? I would really like to run a 315/35/18 rear tire, but nobody makes that size in a street legal tire yet. CCW could make an 11.5" wide wheel that might give me the option of running either tire depending on what is available.

tire rack and tire manufacturer's say a 335 can go on a 11-13 inch rim, with a 12 or 12.5 being the best fit, and not having a buldge in the side wall, also when going to an 11 it will make the 335 not much biger than a 315.
go for it if you need a 11.5 to fit in your car, you could run either

Here's a shot of my car with CCW 18x11.5's on the rear with 335/35/18 tires. They are the perfect match for these wheels IMO. A 315 will probably be too small.

Nah, just a coupe. We redesigned the rear suspension some, added some heim-jointed trailing arms and custom brackets to move them in a bit. Wouldn't have fit otherwise. This wheel/tire setup was notably more responsive than the 17x11 GS wheels I had on before.
