KORE 3...great group of guys.

You know, Ive worked in the automotive industry for over 10 years and it should come to no ones suprise when I say that this industry has its overpopulated share of crappy attitudes, miserable cut throat people and mountain sized egos. I contacted KORE3 yesteday about a set of their C5 conversion brake brackets for my Camaro and I must say, what a pleasant experience. I spoke to a gentleman named Tobin and Ill tell you, what a nice guy. He talked to me for a good 15 minutes about a few items I hadnt even called about. Im just not used to that kind of treatment especially working in the NE region of the country. I can honestly say that even if the parts cost a little more, this company has my business. Keep up the great service guys.

That's really good to hear. Eventually I plan on ordering one of the same kits. There is definitely something to be said for exceptional customer service.

I absolutely agree as well. I've emailed and spoke with Tobin a few times regarding my future purchase of the C5 kit and, even though my purchase has been put on hold for a few months, he always has time to answer my questions and is always very quick to respond as well. I will definitely go with KORE 3 when purchase time comes.
