schwartz extreme engineering full frame.

That way if you do it and take good pictures I can see what is involved to get one for my mustang.

Whoops, its extreme performance rather than engineering

http://www.schwartzperformance.com/

click near the link that says chassis, then about halfway down the page is a couple of pics of mustang, which if I remember correctly is a '69 as well

apart from a mustang 2 front end i need suggestions .bear in mind the shock towers have got to go ??? any recomendations......

Check out the RRS stuff. Pretty slick.

http://www.rrs-online.com/

they also have a shock tower notching kit for your BB. That way you can keep it sort of stock looking with a strut tower brace or something. This is the route I'm going with my '68 fastback.

I have a Heidts under the front of my 69 but I liked the Chassis works that someone posted pics of here a while back.

Be sure to get your VIN #'s off the front aprons before you throw it out!!!!!!!!!!

I have a rebuilder D1 Block/crank, D0 rods, D3 heads for sale if you need a 460 to build.

No VIN's..not the first time that has happened LOL!! One othet thing about the Heidts front susp., If you put a BB i it you wont be able to get the engine very low. Also if you move the engine far enough forward to get it low it will be WAY forward!! Keep that in mind......
Heres mine........

That rack placement and crossmember look almost exactly like my heidts. Getting a BB just like you want it will be a (just my .02) bitch!
You may just as well get a full one piece floor pan,it would be way better looking and less work.

Thats a lot of structure to remove from a unibody car without some temp bracing or tying down to a plate or bench. At least throw the doors back on and tack the gaps closed to keep the openings square.

You can build a quick frame table with some 2x3 or 2x4 tubing running side to side across the rockers.

Just hate to see you weld a clip and the be out of square with the body.

A great place for panels is cj pony they have so many parts that are very well priced, I don't know how there fit and finish is compaired to other companies. But if you are looking to inmprove fir and finish hands down year one. On my mustang the old stock stuff did not fit very well the door gaps were way off then we replaced the doors and quarters and it is a night and day diffrence.
