Delrin lubricating

I have a new set of DSE lower control arms and one of the Delrin bushings is very stiff. I had to put it into a vise to get it to rotate at all. Speaking of the actual plastic part not the metal sleeve inside which rotates fine. What do you guys use to lube these things?

Synthetic grease.

Yea all my uppers won't even spin in the bushing or push out without a hammer.
