that little nipple of weld when you finish up a line of welding? In particular going in a horse shoe flow? This is for a MIG BTW.

That's fairly normal. I don't know what you're getting at? A weld pool has to stop somewhere. As long as you don't have a little cold spot there, you should be ok.
