Pics of 3" exhaust anybody have some??

Looking for some of the tail pipes, where they go over the axle, I've searched and haven't found much,

I had my mufflers installed under the rear seat pans and went under the axle and out to the rear tires. Full 3" exhaust with x-pipe.

I can jack the car up and the axle does not touch the pipes.

I have installed Jegs 3" x-pipe, 3" Flowmaster Super 44's and Jegs tailpipes over the axle. Finished it off with Pypes tips. All solid and secure under 14 inch jackstands.

wow theres one way to deal with a big bumper camaro! looks pretty good.
imo under the axle is less than pleasurably view from behind...
on any car.

this is about as good as a pic as i could get. i don't have a lift, which would have no doubt been easier. i had the wheels off working on the brakes today,
which gave a pretty good view of the exhaust. if you want to see anything else, drive on up here to sl-ocala and check it out. hope this helps. later....

I am happy with mine. Very docile cruising tone but have had many compliments already on the sound of my car. Once you get into the 4 barrels it gets noisy enough.

It's going to be tough since I gave them to ATS. Procharmo, I would make a support bracket for that pump. That will eventually cause a problem.

Thanks for who posted pics, Jeff posted exactally what I needed, making sure I had enough room from rear end travel to the tail pipes, I'm tring to tuck the system up a little more than it sits now, so I cut and rewelded the the tail pipes to bring the mufflers up a inch or 2, making sure I have enough for the X pipe with out rubbing and banging, back to the chop saw and welder after work today,

I won't try building exhaust systems on the ground again, it can be a real pain in the booty, well maybe,

Vegas69 have you any pictures of your bracket. I already have the 12AN fittings and hoses to remount the Eliminator. I just not sure about the pump being higher than the sumped outlet and causing problems!!!!

I just used some 3/16 x 2" plate between my tank straps with some rubber isolators, and spacers. Clearly that won't work for you. Stock tank just isn't optimal.

seriously though...i made a bracket from 16 gauge sheetmetal, trimmed it to fit between the stock tank straps and bolted it to the floor. i did like Vegas and used some rubber isolators between the floor and bracket and the pump and bracket.

Hit my pt garage; the car has the 3" magnaflow system, it needed tweaking to get it to exit right though. In stock form it wanted to exit pointed too much down and in from the quarter panel edge.

I see most people have a hanger welded to the back side of the muff - but how does it attach to the body? Hanger to isolator to hanger welded on the body? Bolted to something? Pics would be great!
